Keystone Insurers Group, Deibler, Straub & Troutman has moved into social media.  Please CLICK HERE to check us out on Facebook.  Help us out by liking our page.  We will be using facebook to make important insurance notices & emergency insurance contact information available when we have weather or claims situation announcements.

Please also plan to attend the 3rd annual NDRCC business & community showcase March 31st from 12PM - 6PM at the Halifax High School.  This is a free event open to the public to promote the local businesses of Northern Dauphin County.  Check-out the DST table for a chance to win a high end stainless steel grill set.  There will also be performances by talented local students from Line Mountain, Williams Valley, UDA & Halifax along with a special performance by the Twin Valley Players Roadshow team.  Food is also available & all local vendors will be doing give-a-way items including the chance to win a 42" HDTV from the chamber!

Woman Robs Liberty Tax Services Using Curling Iron
A woman and her son robbed an area tax preparation office of $280 with nothing more than a curling iron wrapped up in a towel. Investigators were able to positively identify the suspect because the assault victim recently sat with the suspect to process her income tax return.

Starbucks Partners on Loans to Small Businesses
Coffee giant Starbucks, says it's lending a hand to job creation efforts by partnering with the non-profit Opportunity Finance Network, a national network of 180 community development financial institutions that orchestrate loans to businesses in low-income communities. The partnership has already generated $1 million in donations and plans to create up to $42 million in loans to small businesses.
